All our menus are thoughtfully crafted with the freshest of ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, to ensure our menus reflect the change is seasons. All our fresh Yorkshire meats are from D. Swain Butcher based in York, our pies are hand crafted by the Ged Bell family. Simon Baynes of York Est since 1918 pick & deliver our vegetables every morning along with F R Fowler & Son who look after all things fish for us.
